Welcome to Cardzello. By using our app, website, or services , you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using Cardzello.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Cardzello provides the following services:

• Create digital business cards.
• Link cards to NFC tags that redirect to a Web link.
• Automatically downloaded to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet depending on device.
• Subscription tiers with active pass limits:
• Starter: £2.39/month — 1 active pass
• Professional: £6.99/month — 3 active passes
• Business: £23.99/month — 10 active passes
• Enterprise: £119.99/month — Unlimited active passes
• All plans allow unlimited scans.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled through your app store.
• Prices may vary with location, taxes, and conversion rates.
• We may update subscription prices in the future.
• No refunds are provided unless required by law.

4. Account Use & Termination

• You are responsible for securing your account.
• Misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination.
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts or passes at any time, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Cardzello and its technology remain our property. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a license to operate it within the service.

6. Limitations of Liability

Cardzello is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, missed opportunities, or third-party misuse.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Cardzello after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
